In light of the current situation we have changed our working practices to reflect Public Health England guidelines as well as the Arb. Association Pandemic Working Practices.
This will include:
- Not entering the inside of your property;
- Dealing with our customers via telephone and email rather than face-to-face;
- Reducing team sizes to the minimum we can safely carry out our work with.
Please help us by:
- Staying inside whilst we are working;
- Not offering any refreshments to our team;
- Calling or emailing us if you should need to discuss anything.
We are also taking many more measures to keep our team safe such as stricter disinfection procedures of all equipment and vehicles, increased PPE for each team member, more stringent hand hygiene, and increased personal distancing.
We do however have reduced staffing in our office so it may take longer to reply to office phone calls and emails however, please do call peter on his mobile 07855 570 588 for a faster response.
